Show Notes

The fear of abandonment is one of the most common and most damaging types of anxiety. It involves an overwhelming worry that people close to you will cease to be available (physically or emotionally). Whether through walling yourself off, sabotaging relationships, or developing unhealty forms of attachment, it can seem nearly impossible for someone with a fear of abandonment to develop healthy relationships. Author and life design coach Connie Monroe joins host Johnny G as they discuss their experiences with this paralyzing fear, how it contributed chaos in each of their lives, and how they found relief and healing. For more information or to contact Connie Monroe, visit www.MonroeCoaching.com. You can find her book, "Holding onto Joy through Abandonment and Divorce" on Amazon.com.
