After experiencing severe psychological abuse at the hands of her stepmother, Lisa Goodpaster couldn’t help but see her parents through a highly distorted lens. While it took decades of exploration, healing, forgiveness, Lisa founded The Stephood Project, an organization dedicated to changing the way children experience divorce. Lisa shares with her methods for defining, processing, and healing parental trauma so that we are able to learn, grow, and reduce the cycle of generational pain.
